The ministry of representatives and virtues of the country, in the latest clampdown about women’s freedom, has required female news presenters to cover their faces in the air. The new mandate, when it first arrived last week, saw a rare obedience, which made the ruling group uphold it last night.

Earlier this month, the Taliban ordered all women to be closed from head to toe while in public and wearing clothes where only the eyes were visible. According to Draconian’s decision, women can leave their home only if needed and registered for a penalty for male relatives if a woman violates the clothing code. Men can even be jailed if women refuse to obey.
During the previous Taliban term of office in Afghanistan, they had imposed extraordinary restrictions on women, denied them education and forbid them from public life, among other restrictions
