WASHINGTON: US President Joe Biden has announced his intention to nominate Political Activists from India Shephali Raz and Duggal as his messenger to the Netherlands, according to the White House MS Duggal, 50, is an Indian immigrant to the United States from the State of Jammu and Kashmir. He served as chairman with women for Joe Biden, and as Deputy Chairperson of the National Finance at the Democratic National Committee, the White House said Ms. Duggal has been active in Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign and has also been associated with President Hillary Clinton’s campaign where he is a member of the North California Steering Committee campaign and women for the Hillary Committee.
