An FIR has been documented against Gauahar Khan for purportedly going for a film subsequent to testing positive for COVID-19.
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Monday booked performer Gauahar Khan for, as far as anyone knows, going out for a film shoot, paying little mind to test positive for Covid-19.
As per Oshiwara police, the entertainer had tried positive for Covid and was drawn closer to isolate herself. A BMC official said, “When we went to her home in Andheri (W), she didn’t open the entryway. We then discovered that she rather went out for film shooting. We at that point moved toward the Oshiwara police headquarters.”
“An FIR has been enrolled at Oshiwara police headquarters u/s 188, 269, 270 IPC, 51B of NDMA Act, 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act, on the objection of a BMC official,” said S Chaitanya, DCP (tasks) and PRO for Mumbai Police.
Not long after housing the FIR, the BMC tweeted, “No Compromise On City’s Safety! BMC has recorded an FIR against a Bollywood entertainer for rebelliousness to COVID19 rules on testing positive. The principles apply to all similar, and we ask residents to follow all rules and help the city beat the infection.”
