“This temporary rules will give people who are not citizens, if they do not meet the requirements for automatic extension, the opportunity to maintain work and provide critical support for their families, while avoiding further disturbances for US entrepreneurs,” he added.Non-citizen state with a delayed update application is still covered in an automatic extension of 180 days will be given an additional extension of up to 360 days, with a total of up to 540 days through the current EAD expiration.
